The reinvention process has been a recurring theme Kim’s personal life and in her 30 year career in agriculture. Kim has worked closely with hundreds of agricultural businesses navigating processes of change. Kim has also chosen to learn and grow through finding the opportunities within challenges in her personal life and experienced the benefits this brings.
