They don’t need to be about being famous, or getting your name up in lights  (if they are that’s ok too).  The world needs the magic we all have. 

Gather & Grow is a 3 month online group coaching program for women in regenerative agriculture who love learning and personal growth and who are passionate about regenerative agriculture. 

This bespoke program is for women who have a regenerative calling to bring to life, an innate inner knowing that there is more for them to do and to be but who are feeling unsure of how to create the conditions for this to emerge. 

When we are working hard to bring our regenerative dream to life our plate is full, but our cup might be empty.  With an overwhelming number of things to do you feel unclear about where to focus your time, energy and resources to effectively bring about the results you know are possible. 

This program is designed to enliven clarity, confidence and connection and get you out of overwhelm and into flow.  Coaching is not about transferring more information into your very full mind or adding more things to do to your never-ending job list.  Coaching is about regenerating from the inside out by creating a space for enlivening the resources you already have and improving your focus so you can step confidently into who you need to be to bring your vision to life. 

This program has been designed to capture the magic that happens when women who are passionate about regenerating gather, providing you with:

  • Coaching conversations and tools to transform your life, business, community, and landscape

You will receive:

  • 12 hours online group coaching delivered via 6 fortnightly, 2 hour online group coaching calls..

  • Small group size, each group is limited to six women to ensure quality outcomes.

  • Access to a private Facebook group to communicate and support each other between calls

You will achieve:

  • Clarity to clearly articulate your regenerative vision and goals.

  • Take focused action through creating an action plan with an achievable timeline for your regenerative impact on any scale.

  • Grow in confidence to move through resistance as you extend your comfort zone in a supportive environment.
